　　Our company has completed the acquisition of the leading company of Smiths Medical Instrument (Zhejiang) Co., Ltd. and the global infusion equipment brand of Graseby ™ from ICU Medical Inc..
　　The company was formerly known as Zhejiang University Medical Instrument Co., Ltd. which successfully developed China’s first syringe pump WZ-50 in 1987 and ranked first in the market share of the infusion equipment for many years. In 2008, it was acquired by the Smiths Medical Group Limited for $63 million and its products began to be sold globally under the brand of Graseby™.
